It is a mushroom that boasts several properties and benefits for the human organism: it contains bioactive compounds that would have an anti-inflammatory, anti-platelet, antiviral, antioxidant, hypocholesterolemic effect.
Champignon
They contain very few calories, about 20 calories per 100g of product. They contain a good amount of dietary fiber and are among the most protein-rich plant foods. They are low in fat and an excellent mineral source, especially as far as potassium, zinc, selenium and phosphorus are concerned.
Cardoncello
They contain very few calories, about 20 calories per 100 g of product. They contain a good amount of dietary fiber and are among the most protein-rich plant foods. Fats are low while minerals are a lot, especially potassium, zinc, selenium and phosphorus.
Pioppini
They are very low in calories; 100 grams of pioppini mushrooms contain about 15 calories. They are very rich in water and dietary fiber and have very little sodium. Concerning the mineral intake, the content of potassium and phosphorus is especially relevant.
Porcini
Some of the benefits generally ascribed to regular (but not excessive) consumption of porcini mushrooms mainly concern the metabolism, the immune system and the cardiovascular system.
The good vitamin content of mushrooms is considered therapeutic, especially in the infra-seasonal periods, to combat immune imbalances and possible flu diseases.

We sell truffles according to seasonality:
- fine white truffle: last Sunday of September until end of December.
- fine black truffle: from December 1st to mid March.
- Scorzone black summer truffle: from 1st June to 31st August.
- black hooked truffle (winter scorzone): from 1st October to 31st December.
- white truffle: from January 15th to April 15th.
